Vote for projects 5, 10 and 15 in Montréal's participatory budget!

Dear Verdun community, we need you!

The city of Montreal has launched its participatory budget.

We therefore have a superb opportunity to improve the facilities at Arthur-Therrien Park in Verdun.

Would you like to improve public spaces for youth in Verdun, from outdoor spaces, places to socialize and opportunities to develop new skills? Monseigneur-Richard secondary school, in collaboration with C.A.U.S. and the CJE of Verdun are looking for your support to fulfill this mission. Join us!

Support our initiatives by voting for the following three projects that will directly benefit young people in Verdun:
Project 5 - Local bike docks, category: Active secure spaces
Project 10 -Outdoor neighbourhood gyms, category: sports equipment
Project 15 - Lounging areas for youth, category: meeting areas

The three projects are complementary in order to create friendly spaces and innovative opportunities for our young people.

Your vote is essential to their realization. Our young people deserve it! Thanks for your help.

Who can vote? Anyone aged 12 and over who lives in Montreal, as well as all
business owners in the territory.
What is a participatory budget? A democratic approach which allows the
population to decide on the use of part of the municipal budget: you propose
ideas for developments or municipal equipment, then you vote for the projects that the
City will achieve.

Thank you for your support!
