Creative Baking Alice and Theo 's primary purpose is to rearrange tastes or presentations that you know with a unique perspective, to make it into a whole new finished product. Their inspiration is drawn from various gastronomic sources and this knowledge makes fusion cuisine possible ― that is, the combination of several cuisines in one dish.
One priority is to source from local producers and suppliers, which maximizes the quality of the products used.
Moreover, the menu is very flexible and will evolve according to the season and the tastes of the customers. The project started with homemade ice creams that will always be available.
First, the name of the business happens to be the two names of the owners' children. This means that the owners put their whole soul into the business and the treatment of their customers.
Next, the kitchen is managed by chef Oleg Reznikov, a chef with multiple experiences, including his work at Toqué and XO at Hôtel Saint-James
