What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a divinely tailored mix of sounds vibrations & frequencies coming from a wide range of instruments most of which are designed for sound healing often tuned to 432Hz known as the Gaia's base frequency or Universal frequency, the healing frequency or miracle tone, which has many evidence-based benefits. Popular instruments are mostly tuned to 440Hz.

Tibetan bowls, bells & tingshas, chimes, crystal bowls, gongs, drums, didgeridoos, rainsticks, kalimbas, flutes & rattles, handpans...the list goes on & all kinds of percussions can be used. Together, the chosen group of instruments weave a soundscape filled with over & under tones creating harmonies activating brainwaves from different states of consciousness, tricking the ego giving space for the subconscious mind to unravel itself. Sound Baths offers a window to our soul. It can provide profound insights as well as mental clarity & greater focus, a sense of peace & overall calmness. It can reduce tensions & anxiety, aid with insomnia, provide cellular regeneration, deep relaxation, as well as nervous system regulation.

It is a mystical, colorful voyage into the depths of our being harmonizing mind body & spirit where we receive exactly what we require moment by moment leading to a different experience from time to time. This ancient meditative practice carries high potential for manifesting great changes in our lives.

Becoming aware of audible frequencies inevitably leads to becoming aware of the frequencies that are inaudible to our ears, therefore deepening our sense of self & interconectedness with others & the whole.

Sound alchemy, also known as nada yoga, is present throughout history from the most ancient to modern civilizations. Becoming aware of the vibration of our being is an ever-present reminder of the truth of who we are as part of Source/God/Spirit/the Universe.

My intention is to facilitate nervous system regulation, deep relaxation as well as the integration of those higher aspects of self in an intimate, safe container. A maximum of 16 participants per session is allocated in order to offer optimal comfort. Each Sound Bath is offered at the cost of 25$ & lasts approximately 2 hours, you will need 1 mat, 1 pillow & 1 blanket.
