Want to learn more about boba making? Want to create your own recipes?
This class is one of several that examine food science as a tool to combat food waste. They will present how to create maple syrup boba dough, then you will have the chance to create your own pearls. During the activity, you will learn how to create your own recipes with ingredients you have at home. Afterwards, you will be able to taste the pearls you rolled and enjoy one of the favorite teas of CAUS employees.
