I grew up on the east coast of southern Japan, which has a semi-tropical climate. Because my parents were open-minded, I could do whatever I wanted and have whatever I wanted, as long as I learned to cook to feed the people I love. When you have love and passion, the rest follows. I now run a small tea room on the Plateau. I wish it was like a treehouse, but right now this little store is a space where I'm able to create all kinds of good things filled with love and passion.

“It gives me great pleasure to help you discover and learn the properties and ingredients of the products I offer. My mom always told me that I should strive for love and passion in life. This is what I always strive to apply - it is the main engine of my life. "
