Sencha Kombucha create and distribute 8 kombucha flavours.

Their story:

In 2015, Geneviève Tremblay and Olivier de Grosbois created the company in Cowansville in the Eastern Townships.

Made from Japanese Sencha green tea, these kombuchas are fermented using traditional methods. This respect for living beings results in a better tasting, higher quality drink. Kombucha is a refreshing, sparkling alternative to coffee and soft drinks.

Sencha products are not made from concentrate, unlike most competing Kombuchas. Each brew and flavor parameter is scrupulously tested to achieve a perfect balance of acidity and flavor.
