Florence offers you an introductory course in pottery on Thursday, June 27.
Length of class: 2 hours for each small group of a maximum of 6 people
During this workshop, you will receive an introduction to hand shaping techniques to create a cup and plate (maximum 8″ in diameter).
With the help of the professor, you will work on plate shaping, surface decoration by stamping and finishing. This workshop is ideal for beginners or people who have never touched clay.
You will keep two final pieces (a cup and a plate). Note: Please note that the teacher has no responsibility for pieces that crack during cooking.
You will be able to collect your pieces 4 to 5 weeks after the workshop. Your parts must be collected within 30 days of receiving our email.
Families and beginners are welcome. Minimum age: 12 years.
If you want to keep more than 2 pieces, it is possible with an additional cost of $15/piece.
To get the most out of your class: arrive with short nails, remove all your jewelry, wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty or an apron.
