Their story

Young adult full of passion and a surprising amount of direction. It's not a surprise Dali worked hard to create their place at CAUS. Now, Food Security Projet Coordinator, they work with a full heart creating classes about economics as much as scientific, without forgetting the most important: food.

This page has been created to help those who want to follow the adventures of our dear Dali, wether they are with us or when they manage their own kiosk at our markets.
