La fée de cuisine offers an impressive range of stuffed puff pastries that fuse local ingredients. Their values ​​ensure that their meals are free of synthetic pesticides and use minimal packaging.

Their Story

Growing up in Syria, Malak Khoudeir watched her family prepare amazing meals with all kinds of spices, flavors and fresh ingredients. With this powerful connection to food, she trained in hotel management and worked for many years in the United Arab Emirates and Aleppo. Although she was very successful in Syria, she came to Canada when the war broke out. Attracted by its cosmopolitan side, Malak fell in love with the Montreal culinary scene. Building a new life abroad, she launched La fée de cuisine in 2019 with her business and life partner, Chadi.

After working tirelessly, La Fée De Cuisine is now well established and recognized in the field of catering and food, offering deliciously divine culinary creations!

That being said, before being able to carve out a place for themselves in Quebec, the family had to make a heartbreaking but essential choice: Flee the war in Syria, thus abandoning their home, their loved ones and their flourishing business.

One thing is certain, they have not left their passion for cooking behind!
