Patch Farm is an ecological farm in Brome that is operated on a human scale.
Their story:
The co-founders Meagan Patch and Audrey Boutin, took over the family business on ancestral lands to offer a variety of products stemming from sustainable and ecological agriculture. Mother and daughter mainly raise grass-fed beef, but also pastured pork, chickens and turkeys.
" When you manage the land well, you have more forage, so you can leave the cows to graze longer. "
