Audrey Chevrier is a Reiki Master and Essentrics certified trainer who offers workshops and sessions in Verdun, QC. She is passionate about well-being and offers Reiki, meditation, and Essentrics instruction. Her Essentrics classes focus on strengthening and stretching muscles simultaneously to alleviate chronic pain and prevent injuries, drawing inspiration from Tai Chi, ballet, and physiotherapy.
