Open since March 2019, Le Toledo was created by two passionate friends, Riccardo and François
This project was born in 2014 when Richard ''Riccardo'' Arnoult, a creative and hyperactive baker and founder of the bakery L'Amour du Pain in Boucherville joined manager and foody François Barriere to imagine a project that would allow good bakers to express their creativity.
The artisanale French bakery was recognized as having Montreal's best bagel in 2020.
Le Toledo will be at the Verdun farmers markets from May 26 until September 29.
"We offer high quality products, using Quebec flour that's either organic or produced through sustainable agriculture. Our long dough fermentations and the quality of our sourdough guarantee quality aroma, taste and honeycombing.
